With a Realtor mother and an IT administrator father, Ben's passions for real estate and technology developed at a young age. After graduating from RIT cum laude in 2001 with a degree in finance and a certification in Management Information Systems, Ben went on to work as a business intelligence consultant for web-based reporting platforms before co-founding Newdigs with Daniel Mooney.
Ben Munson is also a landlord in Rochester's South Wedge neighborhood, and a member of the South Wege Planning Committee Board of Directors. He served on Mayor Bob Duffy's Economic Development Committee Transition Team in 2006.
Daniel Mooney's technical expertise started with programming at a young age and has continued in his careers as a technical analyst, writer, system administrator, and web-designer. Daniel has worked with small businesses, Premier Technical Communications, located in Fairport, NY, and Premier Recruitment Group, located in Rochester, NY, to provide technical service and support to leading area businesses such as Xerox and Bausch & Lomb. He also has the unique experience of being a landlord and chief architect of a website that can help make this job easier.
Kate Coles graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 2003 with a degree in psychology. Over the past several years, Katie has been involved in academic research related to cognitive function and has co-authored several articles in peer-reviewed journals. She is currently completing a second master's degree in Engineering Psychology at RIT where she has developed her interest in human factors and usability. Katie has worked professionally as a Human Factors Engineer at Eastman Kodak Company where she had the opportunity to shape the user experience for retail picture kiosks and websites. As part of her work at Kodak, Kate conducted several usability tests and observed hundreds of people interact with software. Kate is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society at the national and local levels.

Eric LaManna is a RIT Marketing student who will be graduating with a bachelors degree in May, 2010. During his third year at RIT, Eric gained real world experience as a marketing professional, working as a Product Management Co-op at GE. His interest in the rental market was sparked at a young age because of his father's apartment rental business.
Eric was introduced to Newdigs during a collaboration between Newdigs and RIT's Golisano College of Computing and Information Science. As part of his Managing Innovation and Technology course, Eric was part of a student team that evaluated Newdigs current social media marketing strategy and issued recommendations. Although the project was only 10 weeks, Eric stayed active at Newdigs, contributing to our ongoing marketing efforts.
